Orders that are cancelled after being placed will be refunded 75% of the final price paid. This is to prevent and compensate for postage cost, the rerouting cost for the package if sent and ultimately for the loss of merchandise as well.
1. I PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE SHIP?
Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. No matter which option you choose, Grey Joose will package and ship your order within 1-3 business days or sooner. For holidays and sales, please allow for longer processing times.
2. I PURCHASED EXPEDITED SHIPPING, WHEN WILL MY ORDER GO OUT?
Generally, the shipping method selected will not accelerate the processing time of the order. Please allow 1-3 days for processing.
3. I PLACED AN ORDER, WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Once the order is fulfilled, a tracking code is sent by email.
4. I HAVE MY TRACKING NUMBER, WHY DOESN'T IT WORK?
Once the tracking code is sent, please allow the shipping carrier 24 hours to update the package and tracking.
5. ARE SPECIAL DELIVERY REQUESTS ACCEPTED?
Unfortunately, we do not accept special delivery requests as Grey Joose is not the carrier. Requests such as "Leave at the back door" or "Place behind a plant near the front door" will not be fulfilled. Grey Joose ships out the order but does not deliver the package. Once your order leaves our facility, the delivery is out of our control and is now under the control of the shipper either USPS or Fed Ex.
